Performance Tips

  • Avoid spawning dozens of dice every frame. Use pooling if you roll frequently.
  • For physics rolls:
  • keep colliders simple when possible
  • prefer primitive colliders where acceptable
  • For UI rolls:
  • it’s just transforms, it’s cheap
  • If you animate many floating numbers:
  • keep Canvas hierarchy shallow
  • avoid layout rebuild spam during animation (prefer fixed-size rows)
